Why did I make this?

Hello, and welcome to Phil's Capoeira Blog. I made this so that other capoeiristas can check out this site and learn movements and such, for complete beginners I'd check out this site. I will be posting sequences that I learn from class and workshops, and also just some history, or background so you know why things came to be.
